Have replaced all belts and hoses, distributor cap, spark plug wires, air filter, gas filter, U Joint collar, shock absorbersWhat doesn't work: when I replaced the water pipes I added cut off valves, repaired the tub drain that didn't match up with the grey tank inlet. "Dog House' reinsulated and sound proofed. 7 tires that are only 2 years old. Passenger seat removed but bolts still there. No air conditioner - replaced it with vent w fan. One dinnete bench remains with storage underneath. Original dinnette removed and replaced with bookshelf, computer desk. Original couch removed and replaced with twin bed. Plumbing has been replaced with pvc (cold water only), water tank cleaned and sanitized. Two outlets wired for inverter and two for converter/shore power. Refrigerator replaced with energy efficent freezer/refrigerator conversion (AC power only). Original stove/oven, furnace, black and grey water tank. Cork is also on the doors and cabinet facing. Foam board insulation added to ceiling and walls, ceiling replaced with new luna covered with cork. Old beams removed or reinforced, all wood treated or replaced. It was in bad shape when I bought it two years ago and I have repaired previous water damage to the roof. This vintage Class C has been remodeled and renovated.

We run high test every blue moon but not at all vital. She also does not have any computer chips which can create hefty diagnostic bills & runs fine on your cheapest fuel 87 octane. There are many EXTRAS, drawers, big closets & lots of storage space.ĭue to her vintage status she is smog exempt in MOST states, despite being a clean runner. The full kitchen includes 2 sinks, a large oven with a 4 burner range, exhaust hood and a 'fridge. Features include a large antenna, shower, tub, 2 skylights (both with screens & 1 has a fan), toilet, bathroom sink and a privacy divider/ door. She is WELL maintained with a 440/ V8 that can easily tow a full sized vehicle, let alone a lighter boat or trailer. We have driven from WAY north- south, to California rt, across the desert twice, traveled multiple states thru 3 below 0 weather and 2 hurricanes!!! We have owned her about 8 years & lived throughout the USA. Delivery is possible anywhere as she runs great. We are only selling due to a family related illness/ situation.
